A guy was hitting on me the other day but then today I saw him with another girl. Should I ignore him from now on?

I used to know a guy that I physically saw date at least 3 different girls at the same time and I'm guessing there might be others I did not see him with. Do not waste your time on a player. I don't mean 3 girls in one room but I would see him with one girl at a bus stop, another girl at a library, another girl at the same library on a different day etc... The weekly rotation with those 3 girls went on for months.
