yea it happens. for me it was a number of reasons. first you can be depressed with low serotonin (happy hormone) levels, you can be stressed out bummed about life in general and have low esteem. also it can be anemia which is what I have, its when you have low hemoglobin (oxygen) levels in your blood and low red blood cell count and no iron, happens to a lot of women mostly, and you feel weak, tired, sleepy, no energy, feel like fainting. you should go to the doctor and get a blood test done, you don't need symptoms or an excuse to go to the doctor you should go every 3-5 months for a regular checkup to make sure everythings okay. a blood test will show what's wrong in your body. she will check your thyroid hormone levels, check for anemia, and lots of other tests.
also another thing is a UTI, you might have an infection in the urinary tract which can cause dizziness and fainting and make you sleepy because your body is trying to fight bacteria and produces a lot of white blood cells.
just go for a checkup.

Have you ever talked to a doctor about depression or MS? If not, getting checked up certainly wouldn't hurt if these particular episodes are frequent occurrences.
Do you have dreams of wigwams and teepees? You might be two tents.
