Do guys vent to girls they like or just ones they trust...?

My crush calls me up because we're planning to go to a concert tomorrow with a bunch of friends and he's asking if its okay he switches things up... like this one kid is going to go in another car.. and his best friend is coming with us in my car and he always says he's not a planner, but I think differently... Anyways, he called back a second time and saying how he's just trying to make sure things are straight because he has a funeral tomorrow and then then someone backed out of a thing we're involved in so he has to find a replacement... and he was like "sorry I just really needed to vent" lol and I'm like "I'm always here when you need too" -- We've become much better friends recently and have gotten a lot closer. I've told him before that he can always come to me if he ever needs someone to talk too... I'm glad he trusts me enough to do so...

But guys, do you just randomly vent to girls or only to ones you're interested in or really trust?

never. and especially not to those women I want to get with or to a woman I'm already with.

a guy is there to solve his own problems, her problems and relationship problems. that's what being a man means. he's the problem solver. the moment he starts treating his woman like a friend, it's over. even if her initial reaction is like yours - all warm and dandy like 'I'm glad he trusts me enough to do so...'

i have friends, guy friends, for venting or resolving certain problems. not women.

I think mainly just girls he trusts. Normally a guy will try to hide his problems from the girl to make it seem like he's perfect.
