Dreaded 3 month hump?!?

Anonymous
My relationship is great so far...we hang out almost every weekend (semi-LDR), talk for at least an hour nearly every night on the phone, and generally seem to be falling more in love with each passing day! Next Tuesday is the official 3 month hump though, and I'm wondering if I'm worrying over nothing? What's got me is a decline in little things...we don't swap cute texts/e-mails so much anymore, she was alright (but not terrifically excited) about the special 3-month anniversary date I've planned, and generally seems less giddy when we talk about relationship stuff in general. Also, when I made a joke about making it through the 3-month hump, she just giggled nervously, said we'd see about it next week, and quickly shifted the subject. She's still the first to say I love you when we do talk/e-mail, and we've made, and still talk about, plans that are months, even a year, in the future.

It's been a long time since I was in a serious and healthy relationship, and honestly I had never even heard of the 3-month hump until my most recent ex, so my question is this...are these normal changes that occur around this time in any enduring relationship? Is she maybe nervous about the hump thing too? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
