Ever done core workout?
Full prone
Full prone leg lifts
Russian twist
Bicycle Crunches
Leg Circles
Side plank each side
leg lifts.
Do this for 1 min each no stopping, Or gradually make your way up to 1 min.. eg: 30 secs - 45 secs - 1:00 etc. Basically that is 1 set. Try get to 5 sets no rest. Its best you do this before you go for a run or straight after. I prefer before a run because you get more of a workout when you run. Eating plays a HUGE role in training. If you don't give your body the rite food then your wasting your time. Don't go cray cray on your diet. You're 15 so its really not that bad to eat junk food and work out... As long as you commit yourself to the training.
Honestly... you will lose it in no time if you apply yourself to your training. Don't worry.. it takes time but when you see the changes... damn.. You will feel so proud.

I also can't run and do much intense things because I have scoliosis and get back pain easily but that's why these routines are ideal cause you can pick ones that suit you and your style. I absolutely hate jogging/running. Other tips I have is to ALWAYS eat breakfast. Breakfast is like super important for the rest of your day and to keep your metabolism up. Limit your sugar intake and try to really cut down on it. Drink lots of water throughout the day. Avoid soda's and sugary drinks. And lastly, every morning drink hot lemon juice water. This helps with weight loss.
I recommend using the eliptical as well as doing crunches.

If you can't run then hit the cross-trainer? Cycling? Or better still, swimming. It's basically the best keep fit activity you can participate in, since it's excellent for your cardiovascular system and helps develop practically every major muscle in your body.
