So I would like to be beach ready by the end of June, so 15 weeks. But I need something that can use just my body and body weight, 130 lbs. I don't really care about losing weight, I just want to lose jiggly parts. That would be under my arm, around my waist to hip, and my inner thigh. I know you can't do spot treatment, but is there anything that helps those areas most. Is there any deit tips? Any other things that would help? And I am willing to do anything, bit I don't have any weights or a gym nearby so please keep it to things that use body weight or house hold items. I do live next to a forest that has many trails but I don't like it because I have a massive fear of spiders and last time one was sitting on my stomach. Biggest scare of my life but I will go on them if it helps.
I think your first start would be to develop a cardio routine, whether it be biking, running, swimming, etc.
As for exercises you can do, there are a number of Calisthetics exercises you can do, most of we learned in gym class. Sit Ups, Push Ups, Squats, Twists etc. My recommendation would be to do a few google searches and find a plan that works for you.
