I told my boyfriend I wanna work out. 120 with some stubborn fat on my stomach and other places like inner thigh , back and face fat. I’ve always been skinny and still looks skinny I’ve always been 110-115 pounds but it I want to tone my body now and probably lose some few pounds. I told him I will probably lose some ass fat and he said I won’t but isn’t it true that if I lose some pounds I will eventually lose fat everywhere around my body? He got mad at me because he swears I’m “ talking shit”
Its definitly possible to lose the booty if you're doing a lot of cardio for weightloss - however; if you do more weight training and focus on the glutes and eat lots of protein/ healthy food then you can lose the stubborn belly fat AND get your butt bigger!
I would 10/10 suggest this strategy, lifting weights feels badass and makes you look and feel amazing!

I was 120 pounds for 8 years and I had a huge butt during that time, it might have been the biggest in Canada. I looked like I worked out but I never did cause I had a low pain tolerance. Its why I had a stalker who tried to kidnap me when I was 18-20.
More than likely, yes. Make sure you do some squats and stuff if you don't want to lose your curves. Muscle can replace the fat you lose.
If it mainly consists of fat then yes losing weight dies it across your whole body breasts aswell

I lose my boobs first then ass then legs then back then arms. This depends where did you pick up weight first cuz that is where you will lose first in my experience.
You can lose the booty and your boobs from losing weight.
I thought only the breast are fat. The butt is muscle you can increase volume by exercise with weight resistance
If anything your butt might tone up and tighten up.
It's possible yes.
