If u do glute exercises your muscles will get bigger but not your ass because there is still a lot of fat on your ass that covers the muscle getting bigger. Having the muscle bigger should make the fat loss easier around your ass so it would tone it up. If u do enough exercises and workout to the point where your muscles in your ass show, then yes it will get bigger as your muscle gets bigger.
It depends in the person. If you start off with a skinny and do glute exercises, your ass will grow. If you start off with a fat ass, your ass won't grow and in fact could shrink with a proper nutrition. Shrinking isn't necessarily bad as it would be more toned which is a good thing.
No your muscle will hit a wall and it won't grow anymore unless u went through some really tough training and nutrition in order to keep it growing.

Do squats and lunges and running. For squats and lunges keep the reps low and focus more on weight. Weight training is a little more stressful on a girls body so keep the reps about 20 more or less and increase primarily in weight. High reps will just tone instead of build size, use running to tone, this will help your butt get a little bigger too. Make sure ur getting some protein too or it'll never get bigger

If you look up some adult pics before she was really famous, she had a flat, pancake a** like your average white girl *PAST HER 20's* then it was randomly larger than your average females. Even if she were to gain a booty, past the age of puberty, you are not going to go from a totally flat tush to a ginormous bubble butt without outside enhancements. Use your head: she comes from money and she has nothing else to keep her famous besides her body and whom she's affiliated with. Of course she got butt injections.

I suggest the stair master along with your routine of squats, lunges, etc. Side steps are great, so when you do the stair master, skip a step while side stepping.

Squats will reshape and make your butt look a lot better but they can't change it to the point of giant booty if you're starting off with nothing. Just the way it works.
