worries can make us become anxious subconsciously, this often causes us to subconsciously hold our "breath". My advice is breath in deeply and slowly through your nose and exhale slowly out your mouth, and try to think of something peaceful.
yes i get panic attacks often and usually dont know what triggered them. you can go to a dr to discuss it with them and see what they think you should do or you can go see a psychologist and try to figure out the reason behind it and how it can be helped.
My pulsation and discernment is pretty much normal. I'd say I have more peace now. I know you're beautiful in your own way, so don't let yourself let you down.:}

Yes, i got very bad anxiety at times the
only medication so far to help me is
Klonopin , i do deep breathing exercises
yes the anxiety hits me all the suddenI don't get anxiety for no reason. I do get anxiety when i have to speak in public or something though which i would assume is normal. Some people just have it worst then others. If it gets bad then maybe go get some medical help. Good luck.
