You are a very small girl. I think you should genetically modify your children their DNA so they will grow to at least 190 cm instead of waggling somewhere between 150 cm and 170 cm. It depends on your husbands length as well, so if you make sure to get yourself a very large male (over 2 meters), your children their length should be fine. If not; use genetic modification.

You actually dont need to eat more, your likely to gain weight as you get older. Plan on going to University? That will do it. The irregular sleeping patterns caused by ridiculously long research papers. The eating of fast food since your never home to eat a home cooked meal. Also, the more you study the more you eat. The stress of exams... all this will surely add 15-20 pounds over the course of 4 years. By the time most university students graduate they are significantly heavier.
