well i honestly dont do it the 'healthy' way but i combine it with lots of exercise and i drop weight so fast, so i dont care, until i get to my goal.
on my really good days, where I'm super disciplined, ill keep it at about 600 cal. yeah.. i know=/
on... other days, lol, ill take it about 800-100 cal.
regardless, my aim is always to burn off at least half of it.

i'm 5'1", 29 and i'm down to 43 kilos now. i don't have any intention to lose weight though. i don't really count my calorie intake but i don't eat much. i run pretty much every day on the treadmill. i do some exercises a few times a week to tone/tighten my body but ehh i'm not consistent. i'm still finding the motivation to not get lazy to do it. :D
