I take Orange Triad for my multi-vitamin, Orange Oximega for fish oil, Muscle Pharm Assault for pre-workout, I'm in the process of switching to a new whey protein powder (currently just use the GNC Wheybolic brand), and Muscle Pharm "Arnold" Iron Dream for night time recovery.
I was doing some reading into BCAA but found that they're not shown to do what everyone builds them up to be. However, I'm probably going to try them at some point for myself to see what (if any) results I get.

Cellucor C4 for preworkout, when I bulking I use their cinnamon protein shake too. Costs a bit more but cellucor stuff is the only one that doesn't taste like shit to me. Apart from that I don't do anything, just my multivitamins.

I have stop taking anything since I'm cutting but I usually just focus on whey protein with some bcaas. Cytosport is my main brand with some muscle milk here and there.
I don't use anything. There should be enough of everything in a balanced nutrition plan. I sometimes make myself a shake with a banana, flakes, and quark. And eat cottage cheese&quark quite often.
Are you suppose to supplements?
I dont use any...
