Will I gain weight if I eat above 1400 calories... around 1600 calories?
I really want to lose 2-3 kg in the next few weeks. If I carry on walking for an hr everyday and eating about 1400 calories will i lose weight?
Your BMR is only part of the story, but you're on the right track. Your BMR is basically if you just sat and did nothing all day. There is an equation that you can run your BMR through and it will tell you how many calories you will need in a day total. Give me a sec to find it.
www.bmi-calculator.net/.../ here you go. It's super simple.
Btw, I don't know about the metric, but if you eat 500 calories under what the HB equation tells you, you will lose 1 lb. In a week. This is a safe and healthy recommendation.
Thank you so much! :)
You need to eat a bit more. A BMR the base minimum your body needs. Not including being active and working out. So you can eat a little more
Pretty much. Of course there's more factors to it but calorie intake is how it basically works. Also keep track of how many calories you loss when you workout.
Wth? Unless you midget, you can loose weight even at 2200 cals. And yea its fine, eat under 1800 cals and you'll be fine
