I suffered the same thing only I got it when I was in 5th grade. So first I suggest going to a dermatologist. I waisted to much time buy all this topical bull shit, that won't do anything for me. My acne is all internal and can't be fixed with proactive. My doctor out me on prescription pills and that has done the tick. I'm on solo dun right now and most of my acne is is gone. So just go to a professional first, this is their job.
Now the doctor was great but if I eat the wrong stuff I become breakout city no matter once. Your body will try. To reject bad stuff through your skin. Things I don't eat because I breakout are greasy foods, fried foods, sweets, candy, lots of dairy, pizza, super salty foods (so like fat food, fried chicken, etc), I don't eat a lot of red meat or pork because It tends to be greasier. Oh and by the way, definitely not soda
Things I always eat, I drink 6 glasses of water every day, I have recently given up meat and that have helped tremendously (but if you can't then stick to chicken breast), salad everyday, fruit or veg with every meal. And more stuff I can't think of right now.
But mainly see a doctor first
Go to dermatologist. Don't use just any products because you saw it somewhere or because your friend use it. It's better to check it with specialist, you don't want to ruin your face because of those products. Ask your parents to bring you to Dermatologist.
There is a ton of ways naturally to help with your issue with out seeking a doctor and him giving you toxic chemicals that will cause more problems to cure one.

Find one try it, see how it goes. Lots of times acne is caused either by diet or type of soap to use as commercial soaps have toxic chemicals in them that alter the natural chemical make up of your skin.
I would try converting to Dr Bronner's soap as their soap has a lot of natural oils in them to balance that natural chemical composition of the skin versus dry out your skin or alter the composition like all commercial soaps do as they are synthetic.

Dr. Bronner's makes both body wash and bar soap and I use both.
Another good way is by using organic refined coconut oil. Don't use refined coconut oil as it is more expensive and not needed for skin/cosmetic use.
Unrefined is for internal consumption as refined has too many bad fats associated with it due to the refining process that removes the good parts and leaves the bad.
You may need to see the doctor and get prescribed treatment for your acne. You may also need to see a dermatologist

Don't use the products shown on TV. Visit a dermatologist and since you are U18 the treatment should start internally rather than the outside !!
