Can somebody help me please?

I'm a 19 year old girl that is 5'6" tall, and I weight 216 lbs (but I look like I weigh less than that).

Anyways, my weight goal is 125 lbs. I saw a dietitian who said I need about 1600 calories, but since I told her that sounds like too much, she said does 1400 calories sound better, and I told her yes.

I know to lose weight, you have to burn more calories than you consume. So how would I burn more than 1400 calories in one day? Wouldn't it take more than 30-60 min. of exercise?
Can somebody help me please?
