keep it up! :) If you are looking for improvement, work out in multiple ways on different days of the weak (but always have a couple of rest days).
Also focus on your diet. For some people carbohydrates are better, and to some proteins are better. Do you know which is better for your digestion? You could try having a smoothie with healthy fruits or vegetables mixed with some salad leafs, or even try some super foods. This will give you a great and healthy boost in the morning + its healthy!
You should never combine many dishes, because it really mixes up your digestion. And when you eat proteins, carbohydrates, sauce and vegetables mixed up together, your digestion will not be as beneficial. Some people don't have to worry about this at all, but to some this could make a big difference! :) Anyway, you're already looking really great!

Well I'm not one for really defined abs actually, I perfer lightly defined abs like yours, your chest, shoulders and arms could use more work. What about your back and legs?
Chest, shoulders and arms are the most stubborn for me. I work them out often but bulking up there and building muscle has been proven difficult, I've been working at it with different exercises. But Yea, that we can agree on, thanks for your input!
Back and legs, here you go. Back could use some work, legs I actually don't lift much, just deadlifts and lots of biking.

Back I have been working on, seems to be stubborn, calves I never work on. Lats are from running, biking and sprinting mainly I guess.

wow you are inspiring me to work this even more, i starting working out again 2 and a half years ago weighing 215lbs, now i weigh 163lbs!, like like 6 inches around my waist, used to be a waist 40 now i'm a waist 34, but i still need to remove some of the flabbiness on my stomach/abdominal area, are you taking any supplements, such as creatine or anything else?
Just protien shakes and balanced diet. I eat fruits and vegetables as well as meats.

Unfortunately not. When I started I didn't expect to become so dedicated and into it but I really enjoyed it. I was just a bit more skinny and less tone.

how many years do you have already?
Hmmm, lets see, back in 2012 I started but started more with Cardio got more into lifting in 2013. Than started to eat healthier in 2014 and results were much better. So I'd say 2 years but I realized diet means a lot more than I first thought it would, it is like half the battle.
I got a bit more bulky by drinking protien shakes after every work out. They help a lot, need protien to bulk up!
Yea, the better protien shakes, ones without carbs or much sugar cost a lot.
How many kcal you eat a day?
I do not calorie count. I just try to minimize sugar and carb consumption. I eat breakfast lunch and dinner. Dinner I try to eat the least amount of carbs and more protiens since I won't be using energy after I eat dinner.
I mean if I had a rough estimate around 3000

It can if you're motivated enough! But otherwise I'm sure you're fine just the way you are! Depends on what lifestyle suits you and you're happy with.
Ahh man, its all in your head. Its all a head game, girls don't feel uneasy around you unless you're the one that is uneasy. Just be comfortable with yourself, be positive and it looks like you are making a effort to see yourself in a better way, more power to you! Keep up the good work!
