Sleep problems.

I have had trouble sleeping. Not falling asleep but waking up. I wake up at 6:30 am or close to it everyday. The earlier I go to sleep, the earlier I wake up. I've been to bed at 10pm to try and correct it and I'd wake up at 1am or 3am and not be able to get back to sleep. I've always been a morning person but this is getting a little ridiculous. I don't know if its stress or what but I just want to sleep in and get some sleep. 3-6 hours a day is just not enough and it is definitely wearing me down.
