I hate my body. I work out and eat and work out and eat and I barely see a change?

I realize results don't happen overnight but I just wish it was easier for me to get bigger. I'm skinny and have a high metabolism. I use whey protein, I eat all the time, and I lift. Yet it's like my body was built to be small forever. Sometimes I just wanna quit. I see all these muscly guys and I realize that I'm never going to get to where they are. I've been working out for a while now, but I'm ready to throw in the towel.
