Will this diet work?

In order for people to lose weight they have to consume less calories than normal, for their body type. Seeing as I like junk food, and can not commit to vegetables, I was wondering if eating a cookie or 2 with the calories being 100 per cookie or something like that be okay for one meal (I get really full easily) or I like snacking on candy and diet nest tea be okay, I could eat a small bag of chips with a nest tea and be very full to the point where I feel like throwing up ( BUT I DON"T) I hate throwing up, anyways would a diet like that work?

Body type information: 5'8, 118 pounds, waist 27 , wrist 6, bust 32B
