Omg are you for real that's sooo dangeroud, you are definitely starving yourself. I would consult a dietician and they can tell you your BMR (Basal metabolic rate) the amount you need to consume in a give day just to keep your organs and rest of body functioning. I'm sure your consuming less which means your body is physically starving, can't be healhy. Your body will go into fat storage mode to conserve as much food as possible into fat.
Which can turn you into a skinny fat person, which appear skinny, but has a high bodyfat%.

You're not exactly starving yourself but you are malnourishing yourself. Your body can only process so many nutrients at one time and it's important to keep your metabolism active by giving it exercise. Only eating once a day is depriving your body of nutrients and slowing down your metabolism which compacts the issue. It's not a good idea.
Entirely depends on what you do in the day and how active you are physically and mentally.
The body will crave more food when it needs it. If you are ignoring the craving and sticking to one meal then that is bad. If your body is only asking for food once a day and you satiate that appetite with a varied meal then there isn't much of an issue.
The stomach shrinks across time if the intake is regular but small. It bloats if the intake isn't regular or varied enough.
Basically, your body will tell you whether you are starving yourself. If your weight is stable and at a healthy level then one meal a day is fine.
First thing that comes to mind is stressed. Depressed. Etc. Incapable of learning a healthier lifestyle?
3 meals a day is normal. 5 meals a day is optimal.

I believe in eating a heavy breakfast that gives you a boost in the morning and then the rest of the day I can eat fruits and vegetables to get me going but that does not happen everyday.. About your question I think as long as you're physically strong it doesn't matter how much or what you eat.
There is no problem eating one meal a day as long as your eating a big meal
this is what the doctor always told me , you know you can eat 1200 calories a day and
still be getting the right amount of calories.how active are you during most days and how large is the meal? also do you snack through out the day?
personally I eat 2 meals and do some snacking though I'm sure I could cut 1 meal if I wait tell around 1pm to eat.It's pretty normal, but it's not healthy, I do that myself most of the time but they say it's bad for you and that you should eat 3 times a day. My stomach is messed up so I tend to only eat when I feel like I'm dying lol
It's not healthy. Even if you're not hungry. If you have to, eat more smaller meals. Even just eat a few crackers. Just something. It's not good to skip meals.

ahh its normal... sometimes even i eat only one meal a day... its not very healthy but its normal... you should eat at least two times a day.. for being healthy
