Losing fat is like scooping water out of a bathtub. The water level goes down everywhere at the same time, not just in one spot. So there is no way to exercise to lose fat in one single spot on your body.
Losing weight isn't complex, all you need to do is eat less then you burn, but achieving that takes commitment and work. If you want to lose weight, then you'll need to exercise and eat healthy. Replace the candy with fruit, whole wheat instead of white, make your own meals instead of going to Burger King or Mcdonalds. Go for walks, use a bike instead of a car (if possible), try a group sport.
it's called cardio exercise. 40 minutes to an hour of it everyday. no soda, no candy, no midnight snacking, no processed foods, no white flour.
Beg to differ in the diet routine. Yes to cardio, but you don't need to cut everything you like. Just be smart and eat less of it. Don't cut breakfast and then have a huge dinner, eat 5 smaller meals a day.
