Any tips to get your hair to grow faster with no split ends?

My hair grows fairly fast but I get split ends way more than Id like to. I deep condition twice a week and use organic shampoo and conditioner.

Castor oil, girl! It keeps your hair strong and healthy. I use it and I swear by it.
I also think coconut oil would be helpful since it's so nourishing.

If it's possible, stay away from heat. Applying heat to hair is one of the most damaging things you can do to it. If that's not an option for you then I suggest you invest in a quality heat protection oil or spray and focus the product on the area you need it most: the ends of your hair!

If all else fails, you might be one of those people who HAS to get a trim every 2 weeks or so.

I've heard of biotin, I used to take prenatals and that's when my hair started growing extremely fast! That was over a year ago and I only took them for a month because my sisters swore they made me gain weight. But I've seen many different kinds of biotin, is there any brand that is better than the others?

no ma'am they're all pretty much the something thing just different companies charge different prices
but biotin works great so does the one im about the try and that one id called HF37 im transgender so i know what your talking about i love to have long hair too
