Microwaved Ramen noodles in the foam cup it comes in and I feel sick fml?

i follows the instructions except i put the water in the foam cup like a idiot and microwaved it when it clearly said not too. i kinda feel sick after doing this for 3 days 2 ramen noodles a day. i feel a bit tired and like there is a air bubble in my throat and chest. i keep burping and there is a slight pain in my stomach. i can function and such but i wanna know if its from this or something else.

Hey thanks everyone for the advice. I feel fine this morning and I will try to avoid the microwave ramen. I just keep burping for some reason. But I'm okay!

was there plastic? From a scientific view, a standard microwave won't do anything significant to a stryrofoam cup to hurt you. If you have had 6 ramen noodle servings in 3 days its not healthy, it could be the overall intake of a lot of sodium and unhealthy meals. in my opinion dont worry about the styrofoam, just eat healthier and take some tums. The tums are an antacid, this may help the bubble in your chest if it is acid reflux or heartburn like symptoms.

Hard to determine the actual cause, but I'm going to say it's either the chemicals from the styrofoam or the noodles itself. Please go see a doctor, we can't diagnose you, but if you have a pain in your stomach that could be anything.

For future reference make them the right way.. or just stop eating ramen in general.
