This is what I eat:
3 glasses of milk
64 oz of water
A bowl of soup
And a few handfuls of sunflower seeds.
This amounts to about 1400 calories a day.
My doctor said I'm a bit underweight so I need to gain a few lb.
Also I'm 14, and I would like to get taller.
I want to eat better to get taller and be healthier.
I'm 5'2".. And I'm the shortest girl in my class. I get really sad about that.
