I'm really really scared I'm going to have health problems?

I'm really really really really scared.

That one day I'll have cancer or something like that and then I'll have to give up my leg or arm or eye or boob.

D: I had a really weird dream about it and now I can't stop thinking about it. D,:

How do I try to make none of that happen to me

You could be hit by a car or struck by lighting tomorrow. I'd be more scared of that if I was you. No one is promised tomorrow. You may go to sleep tonight and not wake up. You just have to live. We all die, by old age, tragedy, or health. What have you done with your life? Make it count.

Things like that happen naturally. You can't avoid them. You can do things to try and prevent but let's be real. You can get cancer from laptop screens and TV.

The fear you have for the inevitable will most likely be your downfall. Don't stress over it too much.

I have this same issue sometimes.. Just focus on LIVING your life instead of it's inevitable demise. We all die someday and it happens to some sooner than others unfortunately. Stay busy and chase after a dream or two :)

1) Eat healthy
2) Don't smoke/drink alcohol
3) Exercise when you can
4) Laugh/love
5) Listen to music/indulge in hobbies/de-stress
6) Accept death as an inevitable part of life and live

as for cancer... are there any members from your family who had cancer before? if not then there's no need to worry!!!

You can't really do anything since those things sometimes happen kind of randomly.
