How can I eat more food?

My dietitian told me I need to eat more food... she said what I'm eating doesn't sound like enough. The problem is my appetite is very small, and I can't force myself to eat more food.

Here's what I usually eat:

Breakfast: A small bowl of cheerios
Lunch: A banana and 100 calorie yogurt
Dinner: A few carrot sticks, dipped in Hummus

I think this is enough though.
How can I eat more food?
