Here's what I usually eat:
Breakfast: A small bowl of cheerios
Lunch: A banana and 100 calorie yogurt
Dinner: A few carrot sticks, dipped in Hummus
I think this is enough though.
Exercise or just be more active. Spending that energy will cause your body to demand more food for the energy thus making you hungry. Do it because you currently eat very very little. Unhealthy.

Not enough. I wld be extremely hungry with that diet. You need to increase the intake and add in more healthy food if you keep losing weight.
Eat more calorie dense food so you don't have to eat more.

Add another piece of fruit to every meal. That's a start.
It is not. You need more fatty foods and richer foods swapping in for these calorific deficient things.
drink something heavy like milk or eat peanut butter, you need more sustenance.
