Yes, it's completely possible. When I lost weight I ate sweets, I ate as you said, just a little bit each day and I worked out a lot. The sweets were never a problem.

Of course. Always cheat on ur diet from time to time or else u accumulate this huge desire for everything delicious but terrible for u and go on an unhealthy binge.
