Diet is the biggest factor in losing weight. Exercise can only get you so far and if you're eating all the wrong stuff in big quantities, then it will do little to help you. Try cutting out some things completely and eat others in moderation. You're better off cutting out chips and sodas. But you can still eat a piece of candy every day, just one. If you want to eat more sweets, then you're better off buying dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate and eating dried fruits instead of M&M's

I think they say weight loss is 80% diet, 10% genetics, 10% exercise.
You WILL need to eliminate greasy, fatty, processed, sugary foods. And lower your calorie intake. But that doesn't mean eating only a few hundred calories a day, there's no reason to be extreme in an attempt to justify not changing your diet.
You aren't gonna see much change if your diet stays that way.
Exercising more is the only way to lose SOME of the weight. But, you still have to change your diet at least a little bit in order to lose weight.
If you want to lose excess fat you are at the right approach. You need to mix in strength training with cardio but for the best results you will have to change your diet. Eat less fatty foods so it doesn't build up and more easy to burn off, eat healthier nutritional foods that help fuel your body and recover faster from soreness, like high potassium foods, vitamin A.
Theoretically yes. In practice, for most people, no.
I'd say if you're working out 10-12 or more hours per week, you can overcome some mediocre diet, otherwise ...
Of course it depends how close to good your diet is, and how fast you want to lose weight.

yes you can change you body without dieting and you don't sound like to eat too much junk food... obviously your results will be faster without the junk food... but if you work hard in the gym you will still improve and get the body you want..
just make sure you don't skimp on the resistance exercises as they burn calories even when you aren't working out! :DNo. Diet is a lot more important for weight loss than some people think. Going to the gym will not do much if you're still eating tons of junk food. You will have much more success if you switch to a healthier diet.

I did I lost 30 lbs in a few weeks not changing my diet, just my job. I have a very active job, I probably burned 4000 calories a day.
You don't have to completely cut it out, but you should limit the amount of bad food you eat. You gotta burn more than you eat.
