What should I eat to lose some weight?

So I'm trying to lose 10lbs and get to 106lbs (I'm only 5'3), and I was wondering what I should eat. I'm lactose intolerant so I do use dairy substitutes. I'm not really a fan of any kid of meat (not good for my digestive system), so met substitutes would be good. All I really like are fruits and veggies.
But what are some thing I could eat to lose weight.
What should I eat to lose some weight?
