Going overboard when it comes to hygiene is pointless because our bodies and our environment is brimming with microbiota, its inescapable part of being human. Ultimately, will having an excessive hygiene protocol make that much of a difference or are you overkilling it?

Public toilet seats are a whole different beast, you can never be too excessive when dealing with those.

It's a choice. If I couldn't I wouldn't break down but I choose to. bc I think it's important. I like things to feel clean and smell clean and be clean and toilets are gross cups of shit :)
