Start with measuring your water intake. A gallon a day would prevent dehydration. There is usually a big difference between the amount people think they drink and what they find when they directly measure their intake for the day.

Steak has creatine (small amounts) therefore it absorbs water from your system, so you'll feel thirstier. Just a small amount though
I don't think it does. When you're eating steak or any type of meat, it is best to really chew it and push it down with some water. It takes longer to break down meat.

High amounts of protein in a single sitting, has a thermogenic effect on the body (aka, raises your body temperature).
This is where the term "meat sweats " comes from.no that has nothing to do with it... unless you added lots of salt on it
