Mountain climbers mixed in with your normal ab workouts one after another with no rest untill you've done each one 3+ times. Then rest for 2 min and start the next.
I do full leg extension bicycles for 30 seconds then mountain climbers for 30 seconds and so on. Then do another type of ab workout but use the same routine 30 seconds abs 30 seconds mountain climbers. It doesn't sound to hard but if really starts to burn. Just try to do at least 3 different ab workouts in this routine before you call it quits.

you need to do cardio to decrease your fat all over. if you do crunches and stuff you will just build muscle underneath the fat, it won't get rid of it all because you can't just change fat to muscle you have to lose fat and build muscle
You can't spot reduce fat, you have to lose it all over. No matter how many crunches you do it don't make much of a difference if it's still covered by fat. So try Doug a caloric deficient or maybe lifting some weights

Crunches, sit ups, Russian twists, v ups, jack knives, mountain climbers, bicycle crunches. It's the hardest thing to tone, and so annoying but just do a bit regularly and you'll be fine :)
