Those are super low calories! that's why its so hard. You need to eat more than that and exercise.

Look up ketosis diet and follow that but you still have to count calories... get the pee strips and confirm you are in ketosis... the fat will melt off with zero exercise... I have done this, it works

Endometriosis. I'm now underweight at around 95 pounds.
I lost 165lbs with illegal drugs. I don't recommend that though
