When you go to weight machines, make sure both arm handles move at the same time. Pick a weight you can move with both arms, but a weight too heavy to move with only one arm. Push with both arms outward, then let go with the right arm. Slowly let it down for 10 seconds. Repeat 6 times. If you can release it longer than 10 seconds, increase the weight. Shorter than 10, lower it. Only need to do one set.
May also want to do it 3 times on your right arm to make sure you're still giving it a work out. If you do it right, afterwards your arm will feel a little tired, but not necessarily 'sore.'

When you have uneven muscles, the ONE most important thing you must do is NOT USE barbells. Barbells will have your body cheat. When doing a movement, your stronger side will work harder than your weaker side. STICK TO DUMBBELLS. As far as weight goes, go with a weight that your weak arm can handle and use that for your right arm too. Do not try to use different weights for each arm, that's gonna throw more imbalances your way. Just follow whatever your weak arm allows you to do.
