My right arm is a lot bigger and stronger than my left arm. Need advice to make them even?

So my right arm is a lot bigger and stronger than my left. I go to the gym and a lot of the workouts I can't do because both arms are completely different, in terms of size and muscle. For example, I would have Dumbbells on both sides, and my right arm can lift the weight like a feather and my left, either I struggle soo much to lift the weight or I can not lift at all. What can I do, to make both arms as even as possible? Does anyone have some good and reliable advice, to fix this? Thanks!
