Would you go camping if you were me?

My ex boyfriend and I have been broken up for two years. We're still friends and hang out sometimes, but its not like we're best friends or anything. He invited me to go camping next weekend with he and his friends. I've met his friends a handful of times, so I don't really know them at all. I've also never been camping before. Would you feel uncomfortable going camping with some people that you barely know?

This has bad written all over it. I have had several ladies I know that went in a situation like this and it went really bad. Not everytime but you need to really think about it long and hard before you go somewhere with an ex and his friends you don't know that well. If you were my friend I'd suggest you not go and find some of your friends you know to go camping together not like he's offering.

If he didn't specifically state that you aren't allowed to bring a friend along, then bring one of your close friends with you so that way you're not alone with (basically) strangers and you've got someone to talk to if you don't get along that great with his buddies.

No idea why people are still friend with their ex. I always cut ties and keep contact to a minimum.

I don't see why not, you could always bring a friend or two oif yours along as well. I love camping it is sooooo relaxing omg! it can be wonderful. Go prepared though, it's really shitty to go camping and not be prepared.
