I stay up late, like 1-2am. Sleep in a T-shirt and panties. Like a cool room but bundle under blankets. Side sleeper, with forays into the belly sleeper world. Takes me a while to fall asleep.
Omg! I sleep like half on stomach half on side, like more whole stomach isn't laying flat. I hope that makes sense lol. What you said just reminds me of that.

Well I eat well. Except for today! I didn't have any food for a healthy lunch & I had to eat this greasy French bread at school. It was so nasty. I didn't even finish but during track my stomach started to hurt & it still does. You could say I'm not used to that crap food.
Well now I'm going to start doing 20lb dumbbells because i think I can do more than 15 for most things. I've been increasing weight for legs too but I don't know the weight for that.

Drinking water helps digest faster and better. Your stomach pain would be over by now if u drank more
