What do you guys do?
What’s something that helps you sleep and feel energetic in the morning?
What do you guys do?
When I take legal medicinal mushrooms it helps me sleep, depending on the mushroom. Reishi and 5 defenders increases the chances I will sleep well and lions mane guarantees I will sleep well but I try not to take the same type every day cause I don't want to become dependent on it.
Mushrooms are not causing dependence. Even the illegal ones, all that happens is they lose effect. The more you take the longer you have to wait between each time.
But it is not even true for all species, some are better to be taken daily.
And lions mane contains caffeine so be careful with it.
A damn good shagging helps. After a couple of stiff gins, another stiffie!
Thank you for MHG!

A few things I've tried over the years with success. The more real estate I can remove to get as close as possible to brewed coffee. For awhile I tried the hydrocodone (aka Vicodin). Actually that ised to solve a lot of mood related problems. The one problem that it was helpless to overcome is -wtf am I going to do when OI run out of). The only real problem it ever solved was "lack of hydrocodone". At night, I'd need to know what type of insomnia. There is a type where going to sleep is fairly routine but waking up 2 hours later and not being able to get back to sleep. The other is the traditional difficulty getting to sleep. One thing I know that helps is orgasm. Pot is now legal and easily obtainable in CA. There are types (Indica rather than Sativa) fort a sedative type effect. In order of how much they have helped and how much of a hassle it is to get the following supplements that I can tell you from my experience. Any exercises you know or learn that act as meditation eg. breath counting, staying away from electronics for as long as you can prior to sleep. Nutritional and herbal: GABA, St Johns Wort, 5-HTP, Tryptophan, Valerian, Hops, Some people use melatonin though pros have told me the only help melatonin offers is jet lag. As far as waking up and staying alert; Methamphetamine seems to do that but that's not where I'd start. Unless you want o have the only real hallucinations are tweaking or staying up more than one night. Methamphetamine does have some possibly therapeutic use as ity is available as a CII drug that is sold under the name Desoxyn. You may as well donate your teeth while they still have some value, you a re going to need a great deal of aluminum foil to keep the alien brain wave and FBI telepaths out of your head. Coffee can be tricky. People usually have a couple of tolerance points. One, the one that most people drink coffee for is the feeling of optimism and energy you can get from 1-1/2-fips of strong coffee. ( people used to be under the assumption that the intensity pf the roast ie. darker = stronger but that's been proven untrue. Coffee has the same danger point that alcohol does though with coffee it is pretty harmless socially. In much the same way that alcohol allows a brief period of relaxing and energized at the same time. It is a point can't be maintained by alcohol. That lasts about 15-20 minutes after the first one and half to two drinks. After that the CNS depressant takes over leading to drunkenness with increasing loss of muscle control and suppression of neurotransmitters that would normally balance the homeostasis which is the constant goal of your entire neuro, muscular & cortical executive functions. When drinking any caffeinated beverage its possible for this to happen coffee- at least for me is the source of the problem since it has more caffeine than tea and a lot more than chocolate (which is actually theobromine- literarily the drink of the gods). It also offers the same false hope engendered by alcohol. That is the hey, I feel good after having one, wonder what having 10 would be like. Manifested in coffee it's usually the one cup too many I have where I'm pretty buzzed by a small amount of strong coffee but if its available I'll almost always have more which never seems to increases my alertness nearly as much as it increases stomach issues, jitteriness, sometimes sweating. Sorry about digression. When trying to get to sleep the best way would be to increase serotonin in your system. When waking up, ideally you would be able to lose the serotonin in your synaptic cleft & increase two other neurochemicals, norepinephrine (which can be done with the medication Bupropion & I believe Effexor). The ultimate feel good chemical is dopamine. Enough dopamine allows for the feeling of agency, that you can and will be able to tackle any problem that arises. Dopaminergics are the call; of drugs amphetamine (pharmaceutically Adderall) methamphetamine (Desoxyn), MDMA, cocaine (pharmaceutically Ritalin). These behave like their street drug counterparts and the allure is the omnipotence that is sometimes is part of being a euphoriant. These are all heavily controlled, Schedule CII which according to the FDA that assigns these designations. Anyt psychoactive drug has a scheduke that ranges from CI (no medical use- as far as the gov't sees) and include Marijuana-Heroin. There is no real difference between these Rx drugs and their street counterparts, When people hooked on opioids could no longer get oxycontin they started to buy heroin off the streets. CII are oxycodone, amphetamines, and drugs the FDA claims have a "high potential for abuse", CIII valium, xanax and other benzos. Benzodiazepines can help is stressful situations but it is quite dangerous to take for antything aside from acute needs. There are only two drugs that can be fatal during withdrawal, benzos and alcohol. Most of the others might include withdrawal (opiates).
I'm sorry I got way lost in tangents. I'll still subm9it this if you find anything useful, good. If you have any questions it would be easier to do so by DM
Minimize time looking at screens before bed—hour or more. And have a winding down ritual before bed.
Having a steady and consistent sleeping routine and a bedtime that you set for yourself.
Starting the morning with a morning routine that will force you to wake the f*ck up, haha. For me, this will either be a workout or a cold shower.
Attack the day. Be productive as f*ck. At the end of the day, you’ll feel ready for some sleep.
Some other things are diet. You can eat different things at different times to see how that effects your energy levels. My performance coach recommends to stay away from carbs until after 3pm.
And as someone has said before, orgasming before bedtime helps as well. Though, reading story books is good too because that helps your mind transition better into a dream state, and you feel better rested the more REM sleep you have. 🤙
I get insomnia before my periods and taking vitamins supplements has helped a lot (I think its magnesium in my case but other vitamins can impact hormones sleep etc)
There are some over the counter sleeping pills that are pretty efficient if you really need to sleep but prob not so good to take. Otherwise valerian root or melatonin. i like using a ‘sleep balm’, it’s made of lavender and extracts (brand is called Badger) and it makes me sleep I think the brain reacts to relaxing smells some mums use it for babies and it works.
Supplements are ok in moderation. All sorts of incredible drugs and research chemicals exist which are not mainstream enough to talk about. But make sure to take harbs as rarely as needed because most of them build tolerance, and also dependace more often than people realize, especially the ones that work with serotonin.
Melatonin is ok in very small doses, even for men. Things like reishi mushrooms are wonderful for more than just a great night of sleep, but males should be careful as most of them inhibit 5AR which means less DHT (the most powerful male hormone we have) and we already have plummeting testosterone levels globally.
Magnesium is a must for every human on earth, even if your diet is as crazy clean as mine. But i get it only from manufacturers because retailers make the doses stupid small (just like they make melatonin doses way too large) and it's hard to overdose with a good magnesium supplement.
Get sunlight during the day. Physical activity. Eat at the hours when your body is adjusted for food.
At night try:
Silver coated conductive electrically grounded blanket that will neutralize harm from non native EMFs.
Pitch black room.
Slight mattress incline.
For some, magnesium makes a difference. I megadose daily high quality magnesium for other reasons though (such as lowering SHBG which leads to spontaneous boners)
Obviously get the required micronutrients, deficiencies are scary.
A bucket with lid or jug in case if you have to pee, so you don't have to stand up to go.
People talk about orgasming but it's not the only way to raise oxytocin. Get some L reuteri capsules and throw one into a jug of preferably raw milk. I'm not sure how popular they are now but 3 years ago few people knew about it, actually i recently saw a stupid youtube advertisement trying to profit from this bacteria by putting it into candies or some shit... i hate those fockers turning the good things ugly for money. It will multiply and give you an infinite supply of this probiotic + fermented lactose gives you vitamin k2 and a lot more good stuff. That bacteria is one of the first strains a mother passes on by breastfeeding, so naturally it causes a huge realease of oxytocin. Unlike orgasming, men do not have to worry about overdoing it, because it doesn't raise prolactin which is feminizing and anti testosterone, but instead is scientifically shown to increase ball size.
I did not mention breathing techniques because i do it all day long. I always belly-brethe through the nose and keep it slow, a 100% must for everyone, raises nitric oxide which was something like the "chemical of the year 2007" and mouth breathing deforms your face and shallow chest-breathing stresses you out.
Except for some occasions like before lilting something extremely heavy, i will breathe rapidly beforehand, or before drinking something that tastes awful.
I do not have the "usual" sleep patterns of most, so... for me to get five to six hours of sleep are enough for me to consider it a good sleep
and then, to feel energetic or rather fully awake in the mornings, the very first think I'll do is to get in the coldest shower possible, lol
@pers0n did you buy that from Alex Jones... or from Tucker Carlson? I forgot which one it is
aren't those red lights supposed to prevent you from turning into a gay frog?
I only watched 2 videos of alex Jones, one about the gay bomb and other about DMT. I only watched one clip from Carlson when @Juxtapose shared it.
The red light panel I got because I was listening to various podcasts including Ben Greenfield back in 2018, as well as Mike Mutzel who shared his lab results of DOUBLING his testosterone levels changing nothing but red light. This was like 5 years ago before I knew who Tucker Carlson was. The reason I don't watch tucker is because he is a shill and a tranny. He is a female dressing as a man, a luciferian crossdresser and that is a real occult practice, just search "sacred androgyny'
To the point that I would not have known that tucker talked about the red light panels if i did not listen to this podcast where they talked in the beginning about nazi gay orgies and Tucker the tranny making science stupid.
https://youtu.be/UzKeVPREwSI
Speaking of health podcasts, I think @D_Bone_Steak remembers how I shared ben Pakulski interviewing tom purvis where he called most social media retarded.
He also is smart enough to spot the occult trannies all over.
@pers0n I don't even know what an ED device is...
@pers0n I'm currently doing a sort of red light therapy with a cheap LED grow light. A pretty bad backne issue pushed me to this type of extreme. So I ended up coming upon blue light and red light therapies in my search. I figured why not both? From my days of growing weed out of a closet, I knew grow lights mainly focus on red light and blue light and I was like... I have a cheaper solution than this $200 thing! Anyways, it's worked! I also found out I don't have to do it as much as I thought I would have to do it... once every 3 days or so is really doing the trick. A cheap $36 grow light for plants that some pot head would be more likely to buy... working like a charm. If it's somehow giving me testosterone and keeping the frogs from turning gay on the side, it's even better than I thought.
@NathanDavis
Shockwave therapy machine, they used to be $2,000+ the cheapest just five years ago but now you can find them for no more than $200
@D_Bone_Steak sunlight is cheapest and best. I just dont have it every morning in a Canadian winter. But the power matters with LEDs, you could try building your own as the led chips are cheap, even the large 20w square ones. I thought about buying them and making an enormous red light panel but there would be issues with chaotic EMFs so i bought a panel that is powerful and tested for low EMF.
@pers0n Yes, sunlight for sure. I'm stuck in Washinton state now though and I just can't get the amount that used to clear up my skin. The culture here doesn't even have me taking my shirt off. I wish I could still post a picture here of my setup. The thing hangs off my weight cage and I have to get under it and read about home carpentry. It's hilarious, but it is working. I'll take it. Taking Vitamin D was not working at all for me... or at least my skin wasn't down with that.
@NathanDavis if you are confused, search "gainswave" which was one of the first clinics to offer this treatment and popularized it. One of the oldest videos on it i saw was https://youtu.be/4bQ-JFjTXqQ
And females use it as well and are more than satisfied.
And also shockwave therapy is applied all over the body for other purposes.

A couple tricks and this is just what works for me: no caffeine after a certain time. Phone off at least 90 minutes before bed. Read a book. Hot tea. Sit with the cat on my lap. Sex with an orgasm. Masturbating.
This video is pretty good. You should watch it:
https://www.youtube.com/embed/55H71isO_BoLie down on your stomach with your arms along your side. Lift your shoulders. Let go. Lift your shoulders. Let go. Repeat this, say, 20 times before turning in.
To clarify, shoulders should be lifted off the ground, so from your point of view backwards. The point is to pull your shoulders back, which apparently (according to Jordan Peterson) releases serotonin, which calms you. I don't know if this is true but I know that doings these shoulder lifts while lying face down helps me sleep.
Norhing. I sleep well with no medications but any sleep aid makes me sleepy the entire next day and some give me intense halucinations.
Getting some exercise outside in the sun helps me and of course sex and/or masturbation helps.
As a Southern man, I don't have this problem.
Technology Messes up the body's ability to get Tired and sleep.
So does man made Lights.
Help sleep: watch late night tv shows, except Jimmy Fallon. He's funny once in awhile. The rest bore me to tears.
Feel energetic in morning: work out. If it is not raining I'm running.
Exercise before or after work but not too late, get regular sunlight, don't eat right before bed, masturbate before going to sleep.
Good start to get good night sleep is to sleep more to release stress off shoulders relax your self leave past behind
do "sets" of arm pushup until exhausted.
Get goals done and eating warm milk and cookies before bed
Most of the time I sleep 8 -10 hours every night 😁
Exercising during the day, eating a good diet, and an orgasm before going to sleep.
Do exercise, eat healthy, sleep early.
