I have helped so many females get booties! I am actually into fitness and I build my thighs into thick thighs and my butt to a very bigger butt and firmer. I say do 100 squats everyday honestly takes not even 5 minutes (depending if you take breaks) even if you are flat I seen flat booties take a nice turn within a month by summer I bet you will have a lovely butt, also get lots of protein! p. s squats help tone the stomach and thighs too you can use weights too

squats are really good, usually they're your best bet! change up how many you do, add more, add weight, so that you challenge yourself.

do weighted squats. get inside that squat rack.
Add weight to squats and lunges, hip adductur, stair climbers, and using incline on a treadmill/ elliptical

try looking up volley ball warm up stretches, i was flat when the volleyball season started, and then BOOM i got a round butt.
