Thanks everyone. How about something that focuses more on the butt and less on the thighs or is there no such thing lol.
Squat deadlift lunge.
Relatively high weight low reps. 10-12 reps per set. 2-3 sets. If you can do 13 reps on the last set, the weight is too low.
2-3 workouts per week depending on recovery.
Do not do aerobics prior to weights.

Squat, lunge, pistol. Pistol is a bodyweight exsrcsise. Squats you do with heavy weight.
Squats, running up and down the stairs (this works out your legs also), etc
