What should I do if I got 5 years left to live?

I think I have a brain tumor and I I'm going to die what should i do before I die ?

My friend had one and they told her 7 years ago it was gong to progress and get worse her faculties would suffer then she'd pass away... She's teaching full term for the past three years. :-)
