Well it's really up to you. I can encourage you either way, but I'm the end it's your choice.
You've worked hard and it only seems like it's becoming near bout impossible for you to exercise since things have changed. You have lost wait and you should be proud of yourself. Just because you're not the size that's on the tv doesn't mean you're not attractive and if you're planning on quitting you're going to have to realize that and accept yourself.
Then again you've been working your butt off to lose weight and it's obvious that you've done it. You just haven't reached your goal yet, but you're so close and you shouldn't give up now. It's like entering a marathon and you've been running, but you're exhausted and yet you can see the finish line... Are you really going to quit?
Also just because you're not able to do the exact same exercises or use the same machinery doesn't mean that there's no other way. I would personally recommend yoga. Everyone makes the false assumption that it's only about doing poses and being flexible. That it's extremely easy and is a waist of time, but let me assure you it's not! I thought the exact same thing which is why I chose it, because I wanted the easy way out but boy was I wrong? Not to mention the fact that you can do it inside of your home. (I'll explain some more later and hopefully it works for you)
Oh and here's the last thing I'm not sure how much you use to weigh but there's also the possibility that you have indeed lost a lot of weight and you're decreasing in size. However depending on how large you use to be our skin expands and sometimes we pass it's limit. Once that is done sure you're going to drop the pounds and your body will start to reform, unfortunately whatever we already put to much pressure on won't and the only way to get your shape back is surgery. Otherwise the loose fatty skin will always remain.

Honestly, just remember something called incremental progress. No matter how slowly you are going, you're still closer to reaching the finish line than if you were to sit on your couch. You don't need to run faster! When you're running, just focus on how you feel when running or your surroundings. Running has great benefits for your heart, mood, and over all well being. And please don't give up! you lost 42lbs thats AMAZING! It doesn't matter how you look because losing the weight will help you feel accomplished. Once you lose the weight you're not gonna be like :man i wish i didn't lose all that weight!" Now don't lose too much, just focus on being healthy because you attract people not with your appearance but with your personality. Also 42lbs out of 62 is basically 66% of the way to your goal. Think about how close you are! I remember when I wanted to lose 25lbs, I quit at 15lbs because it got too hard. This was 7 years ago and I sitll wish I hadn't quit because I would have accomplished something.
Losing weight is never easy, you have to be really committed to it in order to achieve your optimum goal. I've always been over weight all my life, mainly because I have hypothyroidism, but have never taken any thyroid pills and the hardest part is finding the strength to actually go on. Do you happen to have a running buddy? I find it easier to actually work out when people are around me and hence why I joined a gym called snap fit. I like the fact that not only am I more efficient, but I was able to meet new people that can help me work out better. As of now, I can eat whatever I chooses and not really having to worry about my diet because I found the balance in working out and eating.
You still got a ways to go! You can do plenty of bodyweight things at home. Try a circuit in your room of bodyweight push ups and squats with little to no rest in between and you'll not only lose weight but possibly tone up.
When you have muscle you can eat more since you'll need the calories to keep the muscle. People don't realize that. It doesn't mean you can pig out, but it'll mean some of the weight on you won't be taking up as much space. If you've ever seen that comparison of the space a pound of muscle takes up vs a pound of fat you'll know what I mean.

Listen lovely lady 42 pounds is a good fuckin achievement, besides do exercises at home, people think running is the ultimate exercise for losing weight , its not, infact you are pounding all your body weight on your poor joints and its a boring exercise when you are not ready for it, when you stop your body/mid thinks you are still going to use that same amount of energy so you start saving the energy as weight... so I would say eat well and try another exercise to replace the running, try rope skipping, or whatever else that doesn;t require too much space. one step at a time.
Because you've come too far to give up! You're down 42lbs. That's no small feat! Congratulations on that girl! But I get it. You feel like you've lost all that weight and you still aren't happy. I've been there. I AM there. But I refuse to give up. You worked your ass off to get where you are I'm sure. Giving up now would be like a smack to your own face.
I'm down 40lbs and I have those days too. But then I look at my before pictures and I see how far I've come and I refuse to just throw it all away. Sure I wish that my stomach was flatter. And my arms toner. But I'm damn proud of how far I've come. And you should be too! DON'T GIVE UP!I lost 34 kg hun and i was just like you! When i lost 10 kg i felt like "gosh it's so hard i don't want to starve myself anymore" but now that i have a great body, i love it! I love to be able to wear tight clothes and i love all the compliments i still get for losing weight and every guy who never ever looked at me and insulted me when i was ugly and fat is now like "wow", do you know what kind of a great feeling that is? And the attention you get for being fit and beautiful is the best feeling ever! So don't quit! You'll suffer for awhile maybe a few weeks or months but you'll suffer forever if you quit now ! :)
You don't need to run fast. Top distance runners actually train at quite a slow pace.
And do something you enjoy! With other people, if you feel like it. That could help your motivation.
Just promise yourself to do a little exercise every day for the rest of 2015 (obviously not the same type two days in a row, since your muscles need time to overcompensate).
And burn more than you take in.You say that " I can't run like i want to" why what's wrong? If it's that you are slow, even a 16 Min. mile is better than sitting on your couch doing nothing. If it's because you can't get motivated, or afraid for your safety, then join a running group. If it's just you aren't where you want to be yet, well, things take time.
I used to be fat I lost 30 pounds in about 6 months basicly I got rid of fizzy drinks and snacks, then drank lots of water instead. I did little exercise but growing muscle helps give the fat off as it means you burn more calories when resting so maybe try doing some strength training as well as cardio. They are plenty of exercises you can do at home like sit ups, push ups, planking etc
You're already half way past your goal, don't quit now. Don't you feel better than you did when you were 42 pounds heavier? Doesn't it feel good to say "I had a pretty good workout today, I could've easily sat on my ass all day and did nothing"? I'm sure you've noticed some change in your body after losing that much weight. Usually people we see on a daily basis notice before we do. Just keep pushing though, it'll all be worth it in the end, DONT GIVE UP.
Have you weight lifted?
Maybe find a cheap gym (Blast is like 10bucks a month after 30 dollar enrollment). You may gain more weight initially from gaining muscle, but the difference will show in how your clothes fit.You suck. You couldn't do it even if you tried because you suck, you idiot! Man your a dumbo!
Now go prove me wrong.
- Good luck your doing great, you can see the better life at the end, its getting nearer. -Just think about the confidence you'll have once your goal reached.
Think about how your self esteem will be.
And most of all, isn't it for you you're loosing weight?
Think about you once your goal will be reached, smiling and happy.Put up a before and after photo of your weight loss. 42 pounds is amazing and a reason to not give up is because of all that hard work. It's not right to quit now when you're probably so close.
You look great, don't give up now. If you start getting lazy now, it's very easy to slowly creep back to old habits and gain all that weight back. Do you wanna gain those 42 pounds back? No! Let's gooo! Lets fuckin go!! :)
Once you loss the weight/fat, it's pretty hard to gain it back. I haven't exercised or ate well in three months and while I've traded some muscle for flab on my stomach, you can't tell if I wear a shirt.
Cause you are so close! Look you lost 42 pounds :) dont give up now and good lucks! And good job too! :D
You just lost 42 pounds girl! Don't give up now when you're so close to you're target weight. Keep going and think positive, you already look better than you did 42 pounds ago so don't be embarrassed of not running fast.
You're so close to your goal. Dont give up cause we would love to see the progress you've made
shame is workout fuel
work it off or jack it off
thats what its forWhy the heck would you give up? Here's your reason: Don't.
Good luck. You'll prove everyone wrong. You'll look amazing. It'll pay off in the end.
Move back so you regain those things you list - except the weight that is...😉
