Hey I have been going to the gym a bit more recently and have lost about 1 stone and I am now down to about 10 stone and I am 5ft 8, was wondering if this sounds like a healthy weight. Also I am going on holiday soon so I was wondering if I would look okay in a bikini as I am now, see pic. I'm not saying that I'm fat I've just been trying to build more tone. Anyone else feel free to post your own pics as well x
