I exercised yesterday and today I have the hugest appetite ever? normal?

i used to exercise almost everyday but for about 2 months i had like no time and my appetite basically died and i lost some weight. i ran yesterday and now today i have had the most ridiculous appetite in the world. i can't stop eating. is this normal and healthy? has anyone else had this happen? i assume it probably is normal but i want to make sure it's not just me that it happens to! haha
