When I used to go on sports camps as a young guy, I alway had this breakfast, somewhere in the middle of the camp, when I'd eat 8 sandwiches in the morning.
I didn't know my own body anymore... but it was this alarm signal: I need it, now!

I know the frustration, sometimes you have to listen to your body. An occasional binge will no harm you in the long run since its your bodies way of telling you it needs the extra fuel to recover.
Many successful diet plans have an occasional cheat day allowed, so don't feel too guilty.

yep. Just eat healthy foods after you workout. If you exercise more your appetite will increase because you need to create energy that you'll burn off when you exercise.
Basically you made your metabolism shoot up and you're also burning more calories from the workout alone. Your body is goin feed me feed me because you're not eating enough. Eat more, but eat clean. And keep it up
