Its called stop eating so much food. It doesn't matter whether its healthy or not. If you eat a lot it will eventually turn into fat. Eating less food is the most effective and easiest way to lose weight.
The only diet to lose weight is to restrict your daily calorie intake to below your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE). There are lots of calculators online to find your TDEE.
A detox might get rid of some of that. The most natural was is with cilantro.
