Is drinking more water and exercise enough to help lose weight?

I would like to lose weight but I'm struggling with it. On a regular day I don't really eat much and I'm not healthy but I don't feel I eat too badly. I like a lot of fruits, Greek yogurt, have eggs in the morning for some protein. I do drink a lot but it's usually powerade or juice or something like that or sometimes I get a smoothie instead of eating a meal. The days I work I eat 3 small meals a day but the days I'm off usually have one medium meal around 6-7pm. If I were to drink more water and exercise more often would that be enough to help me lose the weight?
