First off let me say you should go see your family doctor who may refer you to a neurologist... There are a lot of reasons why you may have headaches and it may or may not be related to your concussion..
Aside from that - what are your headaches like? Meaning:
Where are they located (front? side? back? all over?)
What is the pain like? (Sharp? dull? pounding? constant? mild? severe?)
Are there other symptoms when you have the headache? (Smell things? Light flashes? Sensitivity to light? Nausea? Dizzy?)
How often do you get them and how long do they last?
What medicine are you taking and does it ever help?
Does anything you know of make them better or worse? (Lying down? Cold rag?)
When do you get them? (Morning? Evening?)

They will only get worse - it could be potentially harmful to your health. For better advice than anyone can give you here - go see a real doctor. The couple of dollars you spend there will be well worth it.
Potential for the headaches can be:
- Fractured bone that is out of normal location
- Pinched nerves
- Brain swelling
- collapses veins
- Brunt force trauma
The list only continues... For your safety and health, go see a doctor. The longer you wait, the worse this will become.
