Make a caesar salad with NO DRESSING. The croutons, cheese and bacon will be so salty that you won't need to have dressing for it to taste good.
Or make an avocado, spinach and red vinegar salad with cranberry, sunflower seeds, or pumpkin seeds for taste. It tastes amazing, is very addictive because of the vinegar and low calorie / healthy. If you don't have the last ingredient, avocado, spinach and red vinegar enough.
Or slice beats until they are thin tiny strips shaped like long lines and then add vinegar to them. It tastes amazing.

Dehydrated kale is good. There's this one I really like called Brad's Raw Kale. The flavors include piña kale-ada (get it? ;D), vampire killer, and nacho. Nacho is my favorite ^_^
celery is the healthiest snack available, from what I understand - as long as you don't eat it with anything like ranch dressing or peanut butter. The reason is that it actually requires more calories to digest celery than the calories provided by eating it. The taste is also fairly mild and generic, so as long as the 'snacking' is merely an oral fixation thing, which it usually is, this should prove sufficient.
But if you need it to taste good, then you're going to have a bad time...
you can still eat popcorn, just get the healthy ones that don't waste like movie theater popcorn, but you can also snack on fruit. some almonds.
