Is this normal?

I know that numbers don't mean much to you guys, but it's the best way I have to explain it.

I started working out and my measurements were 34-29-37.

Now I've been working out for a while and I measured last week and I was at 28-25-29.

I measured today and I was at 27-24.5-29.

My question is, is it weird that my upper torso has been shrinking more than my lower torso?
Is this normal?
