You really can't make your body look like another person's unless they have one that's shaped similarly to your natural body shape. We each have a set body shape that can't be completely altered. For example, if you have a natural flat pancake butt it's probably NEVER going to be the size of hers through natural means. A person with a straight up and down waist can't get theirs to curve inwards through natural means either.

That explains hey lifting weights is great by I'll give an overview to entice you. You can increase muscle mass (giving you a big bitty and thighs), muscle burns fat by existing and you get to eat more to maintains it, and it's better for long term health
You could easily pour in an endless amount of blood, sweat, and tears trying to get fit, diet etc. and never get exactly the kind of figure that this woman has. Or you could just as easily accept the fact that having the 'perfect' body isn't a real substitute for adequately loving and caring for yourself.

You need muscle in the first place, so lift heavy and do enough series and reps to stimulate your muscles. You need a low fat content, so eat healthy. Lots of fruit and vegetables, some proteins to build muscle and only healthy carbs.
First of all... things like body shape and what not are mostly genetic. She probably eats really clean in addition to working out a lot. It's cool to have fitness goals but don't be so obsessed with them you get discouraged.
Genetics. I don't understand why everyone seems to think they can make their bodies look like someone elses...
That is what a woman looks like who follows the kind of high intensity training regimen of a bodybuilder but more conventional dietary pactices.
I don't know but go for everything but the abs. guys dont like abs on girls but if u dont care go ahead.
