nope. I'll tell you from personal experience. Im running 5 times per week and doing gym 4 times per week. I perform advanced abdominal exercises 4-5 times per week. Believe me I see almost not difference in my belly. It's true my abs are damn strongs but I couldnt see a full six pack. Why? Sweets. No matter how many reps you do, if you eat these fatty shits you won't lose a single gr. of fat. It's true that they say six pack is 70% diet 30% exercise (I think these are the numbers). Anyways if you want to lose that belly fat stop eating these cupcakes. Otherwise accept that you will never lose it.
Also, what's better?
A well-shaped butt out of squats (=muscle) or
a well-shaped (irony) butt out of sweets (=fat)?

You want to be eating protein for your butt to be a good size--you want muscle, not fat.
You can't out-train a bad diet. Maybe set a limit on the number of cupcakes you let yourself have? Maybe that can be your Sunday treat, let it be your cheat day.
Sit-ups are good for firming your stomach, but to trim you'll want to do some cardio.

when it comes to cutting fat, sugar is your enemy, specifically the "bad sugars".
You can have the most awesome abs in the world... and nobody can see them if they're behind a layer of fat.
You need to do cardio to burn the fat (squats burn some too, but not as many) and unfortunately, red velvet cupcakes (with cream cheese icing!) will very quickly push you over your calorie limit for the day.guess so... do u eat chicken or eggs as well?
Yes, you can!
